Realisations and an update on The Empowerment Project
My oh my. The last few weeks have been jammed packed. I delivered the sewing kits to the waiting women at Aspire Rwanda, I hung out with the women listening to their stories and amazing new found confidence, my children played with their children and they danced and sang for us, so happy to have us come to visit them.
I’ve been on a whirlwind and I have ideas swarming through my mind on how I can best serve the Academy community. What you need me to give you and how I can best do this to align with my heart. I’m making huge strides and feel so blessed to be healthy and happy when so many people in Rwanda have so little.
So major reflections and decisions have been made. It’s hard not to come to huge realisations when you are around people who have experienced so much. You realise that the world is bigger than you and people have problems bigger than you can ever imagine.
Have you ever come to a huge realisation for your life or business?
It’s empowering!
So how do I channel all that into what I do? You’ll have to wait and see! I can’t wait to share soon but for now, if you missed it you can read the first part of The Empowerment Project Update: Delivering The Kits over on my personal blog.

Welcome back Isa :) We’ve missed you. I know you are bursting with ideas and am so excited to see how everything pans out. You are an incredibly inspiring lady and I know you will achieve so much now that you have worked out what you want to do.
Have a wonderful weekend

Isa- such an inspiring project. And I can’t wait to see what you have in store next. I feel lucky to have run into you, and feel inspired to do more in my own life to give back.
Last week I was eating humous with my dad and I came to a huge realization, about my business, about the why and the how. Sometimes you just need a change of scenery (or some good food) to come up with a plan. Funny how life works… I am here and I can’t wait to see what’s in store!
