Back to School- New Beginnings

I love the start of the new academic year, even more so than the start of the new year in January. They is just something about stocking up on new stationery supplies and starting new notebooks that makes me happy!

Our August break is over and while I didn’t get to complete all of the things I wanted to (hello ebooks!) I managed to spend lots of time with my children enjoying their company, learning new things from them like their version of how rain is made and making solar systems and erupting volcanoes!

The break made me realise that blogging the way I had been, had unintentionally become a full-time job. I enjoy it but I already have my brand and marketing agency to run, happy piece to launch (still eek!) and the Success Your Way e-course to launch. These are where I need to spend my time.

What does that mean for the blog?

I’ll still be blogging but I’m going to change it up a bit by going back to the original aim of this site. I want you to achieve success your way. To discover how to grow a business on your terms with your values. We are primarily a learning community and the posts I’ve written in the past still get lots of hits, so I’m going to make them easier to find,  add to them and create a fully rounded resource for you. I hesitate to call it blogging but technically it still will be. My overall aim is to fill NA with a library of articles that you can access and print off at any time, that will be more convenient for you and more beneficial.

Many of you feel overwhelmed with the amount of information out there. Every day thousands of new blog posts spring up that demand your time. If you’re not careful you could spend more time reading about how to grow a business, rather than actually doing it.

Instead of adding to the fray, I want to help you take action even if that means you’ll be out there growing your business instead of hanging out here and reading blog posts all day, everyday. I’ve let go of the need to see our readers increasing monthly. I’ve learnt to ignore how others run their blogs and businesses and I’m concentrating on what I feel is the best way forward for you and me. I want Noisette Academy to be full of valuable articles that you can action straight away and I want us to go beyond the basics that you can find just anywhere and for that, we need more time to write them.

Success Your Way e-course

I’ve also decided to do away with all our other e-courses and consulting for now and instead concentrate on our signature offering, Success Your Way. SYW is a business development course for those who want to take their business further than what our blog and resources can give them. It will allow you to bring together everything you already know about business, structure a true plan to work from and identify what needs to change to grow your business and maximise profits.
